Welcome to Managedmate. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our social media management services. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Managedmate offers social media management services, including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, community engagement, analytics, and advertising on various social media platforms.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of our services.
You are responsible for the approval of content and campaigns before they are posted on your social media accounts.
Any login credentials provided to Managedmate must be kept confidential, and you are responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from the sharing of such information.
Service fees and payment terms will be outlined in the individual service agreement.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled.
Managedmate reserves the right to adjust service fees with notice provided to the client.
All content created by Managedmate remains the property of the client once payment is received.
Managedmate retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and marketing purposes.
Either party may terminate the services with a 30-day written notice.
Managedmate reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client breaches these terms or engages in any behaviour that may harm the agency's reputation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the course of the services.
Managedmate may mention the client as a customer for marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.
Managedmate is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
Managedmate reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
